Please note your registration and/or accommodation is not confirmed until payment is received in full. All payments must be received within 14 days of registration. Should payment not be received within this period, the organizers reserve the right to cancel your registration and/or accommodation.
Payments must be made in South African Rands (ZAR) for the full amount, and the recommended method of payment is credit card. Direct deposit or Electronic funds transfer (EFT) are also possible, but the organisers will need to receive the full amount in ZAR and will not accept any bank charges associated with international bank transfers.
Reference your payment: Please provide your SURNAME and INITIALS on Bank/Electronic transfers and deposits. The Organiser cannot be responsible for identifying funds if the delegate’s name is not mentioned.
Registration procedure: Upon completion of your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email, with a link back to your registration, where you can edit and / or make payment if you have not already done so. Please email the proof of payment to the booking office: email@example.com . Once payment is received, you will receive a receipt of payment.
Group Registrations: EACH PERSON must complete a separate registration form. You can however request one invoice for your group. Please contact the booking office for assistance.
Replacement of delegates: This can only be done by contacting the booking office.

Cancellations received in writing by 15 January 2020 will receive a full refund on registration fees less a 15% administration fee.
Cancellations received in writing by 1 February 2020 will receive a 50% refund on registration fees less a 15% administration fee.
Cancellations received in writing after 1 March 2020 will result in full fees payment being due.
We recommend transfer of registration to a new delegate to avoid cancellation fee.
In the event of a cancellation, registrations are transferable to delegates not yet registered. Please note cancellation of hotel accommodation will be charged in line with the hotels cancellation T&Cs.
